Historical significance
Casio G-Shock 42 mm Silvered Sapphire sits within Casio's G-Shock line, introduced in 2004. It carries the house codes established since 1946 — sapphire crystal case case, silvered opaline dial and spring drive — and is one of the references collectors use to date the evolution of the collection.
