Lange 1
Saxon watchmaking reborn with an off-centre dial and outsize date.
Ref. 191.032 · Released 1994 · Germany
When Lange returned in 1994 after four decades behind the Iron Curtain, the Lange 1 announced a distinctly German alternative to Swiss watchmaking.
The movement is untreated German silver, with hand-engraved balance cocks, screwed gold chatons and a twin mainspring barrel — finished to a standard visible only through the caseback.
